Where has Jolly Gone?
QUESTIONS have been raised about a Jolly Fisherman painting missing from the mayor’s parlour at Skegness Town Council.
Coun Andy Fletcher referred to a fixed assets list published by the council which stated the 1928 painting, received as a gift in 1996, was still an asset of the council.
