Skegness RAOB Dedicated Building
The two Skegness Lodges of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes erected a new Club and Institute on Briar Way Skegness in 1928.
The local “Buffs”, the John Robinson Lodge and the Charles Farmer Lodge, were the second in the country to possess a building devoted exclusively for the use of ROAB members.
