Yesterday morning a fatal bathing accident occurred at Skegness, Lincolnshire.
A Mr Simmonds, aged 18, son of Mr Simmonds, contractor, who is building a number of villas at the sea-side, was bathing whilst the tide was receding, and was drowned before help could be given to him.
His body was recovered and hour afterwards.
