Bellamy's Bottle Works Manageress' Death

DEATH OF Mrs. E. CLARKE
MANAGERESS OF MINERAL WATER FIRM

We regret to record the death of Mrs. Ethel Clarke, of 69 Alexandra Road, Skegness, who passed away after a short illness on Sunday last.
She was aged 49, and was the wife of Mr. E.. S. Clarke, Manager of Messrs. Bellamy Bros., Mineral Water Works, and for 28 years had acted as manageress of the same works.

Prior to her employment with Messrs. Bellamy’s she was the first cashier at the Old Figure 8, North Shore, when it was first opened and also acted as cashier at Arcadia, under the late Mr. Fred Clements. She was a member of the Mother’s Union. She leaves her husband, and one son, Eric, now serving in Burma in the R.A.F.

The funeral will take place to-day, (Wednesday) at St. Matthew’s Church.
