Skegness Bad Gandersheim Twinning
The Skegness Twinning Association celebrated the 30th anniversary of its partnership with Bad Gandersheim in Germany this weekend.
A civic reception was held in the Mayor’s Parlour and the annual Skegness Twinning Association Gala was held in the Tower Gardens on Sunday, 5th July.
The Gala was opened by Mayor of Skegness Coun Pat Phillips, the Mayor of Bad Gandersheim Mr Ehmen, and the chairmen of each twinning association Brian Chapman and Hermann Vogel (pictured).
Entertainment for the day was provided by a dog obedience classes, vintage cars, the Richmond Line Dancers, the Skegness Silver Band and a fancy dress contest.
