Online system will make car parking in East Lindsey a doddle!

MOTORISTS need never be stuck to find a car park again when visiting East Lindsey, as the District Council launches a new online service that makes car parks easier to find than ever before.

Based on Google maps, the new service available at www.e-lindsey.gov.uk, enables visitors to view all car parks in the District, which include  – long stay, short stay, free, coach and tourism.  The system also includes all costs and opening times.

Portfolio Holder for Amenities at the Council, Councillor Dick Edginton, said that local people would benefit as well as visitors to the area: “The Council is keen embrace technology to improve the service it provides to the community and visitors.  This new service will make our website a key point of contact for people planning a trip to the area and provide them with lots of useful information to help their visit run that little bit more smoothly.”
