At Spilsby on Monday, in an application by Messers Bass & Co, to delicense the oldest portion of the Sea View Hotel premises, it was stated that the owners were cognisant of the difficulty as to housing accommodation and were trying to meet a need.
The “Brighton” part of the premises would be converted into 14 flats.
