Skegness Boasts a Royal Musician
Local Harpist Playing Before the King
Skegness can boast of having a Royal Harpist. Mr J H Shelley of Sandhurst House, Sea View Road, had the honour last week of playing before the King at North Berwick. This was the fourth time of his playing before His Majesty Kind Edward VII.
Mr Shelley, who is a very accomplished performer, and has appeared on platforms in almost all the great towns of the country, lately took part in a concert at Blenheim Palace and played before the Duke and Duchess of Marborough.
