G. N. R. Co.s Latest Novelty

In connection with the opening of the new line which will greatly facilitate excursionist traffic from the North to Skegness, the Great Northern Railway Co have issued a decided little novelty for distribution in the industrial centres affected.
This is a card upon which the last two Skegness posters are printed on monogram style in colours, attached to which is a perforated cardboard slip with two sets of “spectacles” red and green respectively. Upon detaching the card and looking through the red “glasses” one sees the “Breezy Fisherman” poster in that colour, whilst transfer to the green shows the humorous “Bathe Chair” poster in that colour.
This exceptionally novel little affair has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
On the reverse of the card is a plan of the new line showing the “direct route” from the North to Skegness.
This little card will undoubtedly prove a fine advertisement to the town.
