Church Opens Doors to the "Tommies"
The leaders of the Skegness Baptist Church, Lumley Road, have recently opened their Church Parlour for the use of the soldiers in the district.
A good number were there at the opening night on Monday last.
The usual games were played and books, papers, etc., were on the tables for use.
Light refreshments were provided at moderate charges,
The room will be open on Mondays and Fridays at 6 o’clock. Other days may be arranged for later.
