Skegness Then and Now Nat West Bank

Built as reading rooms towards the end of the 19th century, this building, on the corner of Lumley Road and Rutland Road, later became Hiley’s Resturant. It was bombed during the Second World War and later restored to become the National Provincial Bank – now the National Westminster.
All its main architectural features except the roof and corner spire remain while the steps have been lowered and widened.
