Mystery Skegness Building
This is definitely a photo of Skegness, Frederica Terrace is there on Grand Parade, Osbert House on the southern end of the terrace.
But look what’s in place of the Clock Tower. It’s a windmill. And not just any old windmill, but a comparatively rare eight-sailed windmill.
The photograph was manipulated by Mervyn Cooper, quite a feat for the 1990s!
