Jolly Fisherman Crisps Competition

THE Old Salt (editor Mr Fletcher) of the Skegness Standard, filling a huge bottle with twists of salt at the stand of the Jolly Fisherman crisps firm at the Festival Models Exhibition. Next to him is Coun C. H. Salt (joint promoter of the exhibition), Mr. Harold Fainlight (director of Jolly Fisherman Crisps), and Mr. Denham Till (joint promoter of the exhibition).

On the right is the striking mechanical figure of Skegness’s famous figure holding a packet of crisps.

There are valuable prizes for estimating the (uncounted as yet), number of salt twists in the bottle.
