		<description>CLOCK TOWER TIME CAPSULE:John Charles Fowler Curtis was my grandad and proud that he helped with the contruction of the CLOCK TOWER,the time capsule contains dates photographs of people that worked on this great icon of skegness so in future years there is a bit of infomation stored for future generations to discover.its pridicted the CLOCK TOWER will be under water in severl years to come due to globel warming so hope it will survive the test of time.</description>
