You must realise that Skegness needs something to get the place going again. There isn't enough leisure facilites in Skegness, and when the Parade Complex was demolished, i could imagine something like this to replace part of the seafront. To be honest i don't think a 11-story building should be put there but something with many floors for different leisure facilities. This is the start of a new Skegness. I have been visiting Skegness for about 16 years, visiting almost every month. Me and my family have a brilliant time there and this new development will attract more people from all over.
