1974 - RAY Clemente, Liverpool and England goalkeeper and daughter Sarah Jayne (14 weeks) complete a four generations family picture at Skegness on Saturday.
Holding the baby is Ray’s grandmother, Mrs Lucy Scott. She lives with her daughter — Ray’s mother Mrs Muriel Clemente — at 91 Hoylake Drive.
The occasion was Mrs Scott’s 91st birthday and Skegness-born Ray and wife Vera travelled over from Liverpool with their first child for the celebration.
Ray played for Skegness Youth Club, Lumley School and Skegness Town before moving to Notts County and Scunthorpe. He joined Liverpool five years ago. (Photo: Peter Robinson, Friskney).
