Bola Seafront Plans - have your say!
DEVELOPER TO LISTEN TO THE
VOICE OF THE TOWN
Taj and T.K. Bola are to submit a proposal to East Lindsey District Council for the development of land on Grand Parade Skegness from the northern end of the former Lucky Strike arcade site, stretching in a northerly direction fronting the Tower Gardens. Before the plans are drawn up the Bola brothers are inviting members of The Town Council and Chamber Of Commerce in Skegness to express their views to them on how they would like to see the area developed, should East Lindsey District Council decide to dispose of the land.
Mr Taj Bola said “The community in Skegness is important to us we want to work with them, its only right that the Town should have its say. We can then take their comments on board which can then be reflected in our plans to be placed before the District council”.
He added, “We have retained a nationally acclaimed company of architects and urban planning consultants to work on the project. How we approach our developments on the seafront has to be considered seriously. The character of the foreshore has to evolve into the 21st century to sustain economic growth in the resort with viable developments”.
Land referred to in this release does not include any land in the ownership of Bells Leisure.
