Jolly Fisherman Lace
To commemorate Skegness Centenary, Stiebel and Co Ltd have manufactured a limited edition in lace reproductions of the original Jolly Fisherman poster.
Five hundred are to be on sale, and they are expectedto fetch at least £2 each. Ten were sold even before they were made for £5 each.
Profit will be donated to the Rotary Club’s Jubilee House, which they recently bought and furnished so that needy people can holiday in Skegness.
The designer is Skegness draughtsman Mr Terry Rippon.
