Skegness Scouts 100 Years Promise
Scouts all over the world are today 1st August 2007, renewing The Promise to mark the 100th anniversary of the Scout Movement.
Skegness 6th Sea Scouts, Beavers, and Cubs joined in the world wide celebrations by repeating the pledge.
The youngsters were asked to stand to attention and repeat the Promise:
“I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful, and to love God”.

The Skegness Scouts also did a sponsored walk followed by a barbecue on the beach.
