Fire Hits Skegness Again!

Fire fighters and police have been called to a fire in the vicinity of Tony’s Chip Shop on Grand Parade Skegness. The fire was spotted on CCTV and is the second to hit Skegness in a few days. The fire which comes at the height of August Bank Holiday was contained quickly by the Fire Service an, though it caused much disruption to businesses, traffic and holidaymakers, it was not major.

Staff were evacuated from Harry Ramsbottom’s Fish and Chip shop next to the Parade Complex on Grand Parade.

hi sorry I couldn’t help but notice you put Harry Ramsdon’s chip shop and the one next door to Tony’s is actually called Harry Ramsbottoms

I’ve been told by someone who works at tony’s that it wasnt tonys on fire.

.. well i was sat in tonys chippy at the time(sorry didnt have time to put the rubbish in the bin…left in a hurry..)
and i can say it it was coming from next door (harry Ramsbottoms)smoke was more visable coming out of the arcade around the corner though.
