In the wake of the recent loss due to fire, of the Parade Complex in Skegness, we’ve decided to re-run the news story when the Bola Family sealed the deal on the multi-million pound venture.

We took many pictures of the interior of the Parade Complex nightclubs before the Bola Family refurbished them, for historical purposes.

The Parade Complex in Skegness, one of Lincolnshire’s largest bar complexes, is being gutted, under new ownership after a multi-million pound deal, to make way for a brand new nightclubs, cocktail bars and diners.
The complex previously consisted of Fat Louis Bar, Strikes Nightclub, the Beach Bar and Isabella’s Lap Dancing Club, and was owned by ST Belton/Coral Beach Leisure.
It has been bought by Paragon (Lincolnshire) Leisure, the joint Managing Director of which is TK Bola. The Bola Family, who owns the Royal Renaissance Hotel in Skegness.

Bola buys Parade Complex Skegness

Whilst the Beach Bar will remain open until after Easter, the remainder of the complex will be relaunched on Good Friday (April 6th) of this year.
